With extensive meadows, large ponds and lush trees, Frankfurt East Park offers itself. Its islands, lush landscapes, pastures, canyons and sand dunes provide shelter for the colonies of ducks, geese, swans, water birds and bird birds. In the pond live Karushin, a species of endangered carp in Hesse. The former high school park was relocated to Buergergarten in 1983 after the school's interest declined. The small, quiet area lies on the edge of a large meadow in the east of the park with flower beds, a herb garden and a pharmacy. A stream feeds artificially through the lawns and a grove of trees from all over the world and flows into the pond.
