One of the gardens of Sunderland
Court Wight was founded in 1953 after the Council purchased open lands known as Church fields. He was named after a local consultant. It is attractive, formal air with elegant flower beds, planters, ornamental trees, wavy grass and winding winding pathways. The garden also has a children's play area, bowling courts and tennis courts.
