The park is surrounded by 25 species of mammals. The Atlantic deer (or the Berber deer) represents the most important animals that distinguish the Al-Faija Forest, for which it has created a reserve dedicated to its protection and care. Wild boar, thanks to its plowing of the earth, is considered to be an animal that helps seed growth. The fox of the golden atlas and the dildo wild bunny is one of the lions who were and still live in the garden. The seven mammals that have been revived in this garden, along with the nymphs, who live especially in the woods and who is known for his sharpness and intelligence, mongoose". He is skilled at sniper hunting, but despite his loss of an immune system protected by poison snakes, he does not fear wrestling. The bats are chosen from the cavities of the forest trees to live in, as it is good to live for the small bat in the cavity of the Fern trees. There are extinct mammals from Al-Faija and from the whole of Tunisia such as the European Aser, the Barbarian Lion, the Berber Tiger and the Wild Bull. The birds live in more than 100 species, and they are afraid of migratory birds. The woodpecker in the beech forest is accompanied by the green hawks and the shami, which feeds on the insects and larvae that are extracted from the bark of the tree trunks by its hard beak, thanks to its soft tail. Al-Buhraish is the guardian of the forest, with his distinctive voice warning the rest of the forest animals of the danger that might suddenly arise.
