You can see the fountain on the Centenary of the Great Flood
One of the favorite meeting places of the people of Szeged. The main building of the University of Szeged is located in the center of the square, the early eclectic palace was originally built as a main real school. In front of him is the statue of Attila József, who was a student of the institution between 1924 and 2525, but had to interrupt his studies because of a rebellious poem. At the mouth of the square on Kárász Street stands the Ungár-Mayer house designed by Ede Magyar, and the lead ladies dancing on the dome of the Art Nouveau tenement house draw attention to themselves from afar.
