The area of greatest impact, faces the Forum Station of Maia, and consists of a huge lawn, punctuated with stone pines, and a barrier of poplars, in the south area, in order to create a visual obstacle for Rua Simão Bolívar . To the north of this area is a building, which houses a restaurant and a cafeteria with a terrace. The latter allows users to enjoy a pleasant landscape, since in addition to the existing green space, it is flanked by lakes with water in constant recirculation. In this area and at a higher elevation there is still a small elevation consisting of birch trees. There is also a soulangean magnolia, large and white flower of enormous beauty.
