Known as the first independence
The Crown Garden, known as the First Independence, was a comfortable and relaxing place for the wealthy people of Jacobables. The park is famous for the point of measuring the geodesic arc made by the academic, professor at the University of Tartu, astronomer and geographer Wilhelm Struff (1793-1864). The Stroud Geodesic Circle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
