One of Enkhuizen's most beautiful spots, full of tranquility and greenery
The park is one of the first social housing projects in the Netherlands. Margaretha Snouck of Loosen died in 1885 and, with the provisions of her will, in 1887, her legacy was realized as one of the Netherlands' first social housing projects.
