It is the municipal representation garden. It is one of the oldest parks in Bærum
It is of an antique feel, with beautiful garden trees, ornamental shrubs and rose bushes, and stands in a city hall style. New summer flower farms are placed every year. The garden is decorated with an equestrian statue of Arnold Hawkland "Freedom and life is one", and in the courtyard of the town hall you can see the fabulous fountain "The Elements" of the artist himself. You can enjoy the view of Sandvik Bay or sit on a bench under the decorated cherry trees in Town Hall Square.
