The park is made up of three distinct parts
The northern part has been designed as an urban park with rows of trees and meadows. The view of the Weerwater is essential here. A natural-looking forest connects to this on the south side. At the southern tip lies the Lumièr beach with modest facilities. From here you can swim in a separate part of the Weerwater. The bridge in the cycle path that runs along it lends itself well to diving. Adjacent to the Lumière Park, residents of the adjacent Filmwijk have changed the green belt along the cycle path into a neighborhood park by planting an orchard.
