It is especially famous for its collection of historic greenhouses dating back to 1874.

The park contains more than 13,000 species and is arranged in different sections including: Danish plants (600 species), perennial plants (1100 species), annual plants (1100 species), rock gardens with plants from mountainous areas in Central and Southern Europe and the hill confer Which is planted with coniferous trees. One of the most recent inclusions is the Rhododendron Park

On June 29, 2018, the new "Butterfly House" botanical garden was opened, which will open its doors during the summer season. Here, visitors can explore the life of the cool butterflies and switch up close.

    The old greenhouse

The garden contains 27 greenhouses. The most notable one is the 1874-meter old Palm House, which has narrow spiral staircases of cast iron leading to a corridor at the top.
