It is a non-man-made monument from the historical past of our city. These places gained special dawn and splendor when the Likhachev dynasties were granted. In 1838, Lieutenant Lakhachev arrived at Pavlovgrad with combined artillery. In the following years, the Likhachev family grew, many of whom actively participate in the city government.
In March 1909, the mother of Nikolai Aleksandrovich donated a 36-acre plot of land to the Ekaterianslav nobles, on condition that a charitable or educational institution be named after her late husband, A. Likhachev. On this land there was a two-storey stone house (panel composed by AV Zhuravlev from museum money) and necessary external buildings, part of the land is under an old shaded garden, part is under a grove, and the rest - suitable for cultivation.
