The park also includes Hatanpää Manor, Idman Villa in Mansion Residence, and Old Barn in Hatanpää Manor with hospital storage facilities and workshops. The manor house is intended for commercial use and can be rented for party facilities. The villa contains workspaces in Tampere. The nursery also contains two summer cafes. One can be found near the beach, next to the rose garden and the other in the palace house. The public toilet is located to the south of the red brick barn building along the garden path.
