  Botanical garden of national importance in Ukraine

  In the place where there were two nuts and orchards - 96 nuts and other trees grew there: apples, pears, sweet cherries, cherries, plums, the elderly, hips, roses and willow. The botanical garden is located on three balconies, and the difference between the height is 22 meters. A third of the park area is located on the first and second terraces above the river, and the rest of the area descends to the valley plains. The soil consists of volcanic rock covered in a layer of silt cultivated soil.

  The announcement of a botanical garden often precedes the creation of one or more local natural reserves. As a result, large BS already absorbs previously created PZFs. However, their placement is usually kept.
  
  The territory of the Botanical Garden of Uzhgorod State University includes the following sites for PFP in Ukraine:
  
   Monument of Nature of Local Importance "Source No. 1", Hydrology.
  
  In the Uzhgorod Botanical Garden, there are hundreds of unusual plants in Transcarpathia: giant slack (mammoth tree), maple sugar, bamboo bamboo, edible chestnut, Mrs. Matsuda Willow, poplar balsam, Babylonian willow, Japanese sapphire and others.
  
  A total of 3,900 open soils and 1,100 species of greenhouse plants and their varieties are collected in the Botanical Garden. In the nursery about 800 species of trees and shrubs grow. In the garden there are 130 species and types of coniferous plants, in particular: yew, metasequoia, cypress swamp. Transcarpathia plants represent 400 species of plants, including endemic plants such as magenta and purple Carpathians. On the hills of the Alps represents the mountains, it is 150 species of plants, including Edelweiss. The ornamental flower growing in the botanical garden is represented by 1,200 species, including 120 types of roses, 50 types of watermelons, 25 types of chrysanthemums, and 20 types of lilies. In the greenhouse of the botanical gardens grow tropical and sub-tropical plants: bananas, mimosa, laurel, eucalyptus, papaya, 10 types of palm trees, 250 species of aloe vera.
  
  Landings are on a geographical basis, with areas of American, Caucasian, Central Asian, Chinese, and Far Eastern plants. Not far from the park entrance is a small open square. Uzhgorod Railway for Children is located near the grounds of the Botanical Garden.
