It is one of the most exotic parks in Helsinki
Mustakivi Play Park is on the west side of the park. A tree-lined corridor and lane stretches along the western edge leading to a small square that houses another statue of the artist Ano Keskinen titled Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Another east-west track runs at the northern end of the play park. The play park building is located on the other side, next to an open paved area and a paddling pool. There is a lot of playground equipment, including the pirate ship on which the Helsinki city workshop is built. Oak trees in the corners of the yard provide shade and protection. At the south end of the park, near the play park, there is a skating rink and playground surrounded by dams and planted trees.
