  The zoo contains animals, hooves, primates, rodents, birds and reptiles from different regions of Ukraine and the world. Many of them are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine and Europe. In the region there are species, cages and cages with animals, contact the zoo, veterinary clinic. Many animals are kept at the expense of various institutions in Ukraine
  Lutsk Zoo also hosts environmental questions, family festivals, International Children's Day celebrations, embroidery day, Ivan Kupala and many other holidays
  
  Zooexposure consists of more than 500 animals of 94 species. Deer, llamas, goats, sheep, camels are in hedging. Birds available for game monkeys, cabochons, lemurs, meerkats, eagles; cages for parrots and owls. There are also cages for nutrias, porcupine, Vietnamese pigs, cages for rabbits, coffee, various strains of poultry. There are many artificial lakes in the middle of the zoo where ducks, geese, swans and swans live.
  
  Among the alien representatives of black animals (2), bears (2), red deer (3), bison, antelope, llama (2), porcupine, raccoon dogs, pheasants, peacocks, black swans.
  
  The zoo was established in 1979.
  In accordance with the decision of the Lutsk City Council on 7 December 2011, the zoo was granted the status of a separate municipal institution "Lutsk Zoo", which occupies about 4 hectares of the region.
  
  Since 2013, the zoo has been gradually rebuilt with its own resources and funded from the city's budget. It contains 46 animal species.
  In 2015, a general rebuilding of the zoo took place. Thanks to the cross-border cooperation program between Poland, Belarus and Ukraine, packages were built on bears and an observation platform in front of it; birds for lions, and also with the observation deck; replacement of outdated birds and fences, and a general improvement of the territory. Wi-Fi was also established throughout the zoo.
  
  Since 2017, the Lutsk Zoo has joined the world's only zoo system (Species360 - International Species Information System).
