It runs from the river station to the staff yard. The Dnieper Bridge is an integral part of the park. Its fate is related to the construction of a waterproof dam, which was implemented during 1927-1929. A granite retaining wall was built with stairs to the banks of the Dnieper River in the central part of the dam. During the flood of 1931, the dam did not resist the water pressure, causing Kremenchug partially drowned. After these developments, a protective dam was restored under the new project. During the construction of two phases of the Dnieper Park during 1959-1975, the dam was of modern appearance.
The park is located on the left bank of the Dnieper River. Part of the park is located in the center area, where the park is located near the southwest.
