  Water protection mission park

  The park is located in the first link - in the southern part of the left bank of the city, near the Dnieper River - between the streets of Bolshaya Nabriznaya, Yarmarkov and Flotsk.

  In 1970, 60 hectares of area were allocated in Zanzib Al-Oula, where a new residential area was built to create a park. In fact, it became the third stage of the Dnieper Park.
  
  Young men from educational institutions and institutions in the city participated in the establishment of the park. The main problem with its creation, given the large area, was the import of fertile black soil.
  
  Simultaneously with the establishment of the garden the irrigation system was created. An artificial reservoir - a lake with an island in the middle was also created.
  
  The lake and the island are decorated with water-loving plants, planted with crying zeros, poplar trees, birch trees, tree berries, vitality, cherry birds, and roe - a total of 3000 trees of different breeds.
  
  On the sandy soil of the garden, it improved with black soil, and modestly landed soils, but rapidly growing tree species - white and black acacia pyramid, pine, maple, ash, birch, willow, ravan, mountain ash.
  
  Unforgettable alleys were created in the garden: young alleys (mountain ash), first graders (maple), war veterans and work (chestnuts). In total, in 1977, 120 pieces of silver maple were planted, in 1978 - 60 pieces of chestnut.
  
  Along the street, Flotskaya, which overlooks the park, was planted as a hedge, pine and acacia.
  
  A total of 14,000 trees and 60,000 shrubs were planted in the garden.
  
  A stone with a gated envelope was installed, which included an appeal to the Komsomol members in 2000 to build new gardens and a memorial sign from the German Youth Federation to build the Tyumen-Western Boarder gas pipeline in the USSR.

  In 2010, the Premier Club tennis club opened in the park.
  
  Since 2007, about 10 hectares of land have been fenced with long-life fences. Also, most of the park is in poor condition. Commemorative sign of German pipeline builders destroyed.
  
  In 2016, the name Komsomolsky Park was changed to Student.
  Sports events
  
  There were also sports facilities in the park, in particular, the Motorcycle Field where the European Championship was held in 1995.
  
  In addition to motorbike matches, motocross competitions were held in the park, as well as the 2013 Davis Cup match at the Premiere Tennis Club stadiums, where the Ukrainian team defeated the Slovak national team.
