The park was created in 1983 to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the liberation of Kremenchug from the fascist invaders. The central alleys planted trees with warriors. The composition is represented in the garden by the spruce, bitterness, common pine, willow, pyramid poplar, leafy maple, birch, berries, rabbits, mountain ash, spirea, cossar juniper, hawthorn.

On September 21, 2010, on the eve of City Day, the park was installed on Gong of Peace, an Indonesian symbol of peace.

This technique symbolizes the military units that liberated Kremenchug. This equipment, with the support of the Ministry of Defense, was transported free of charge by the military units of Ukraine. The former Minister of Defense, People's Deputy Oleksandr Kosmuk, Chairman of the Poltava Regional Council Oleksandr Udovichenko, then Krishchuk Mayor Mykola Gluhov participated in the grand opening of the museum.

Memorial complex for distinguished military units and units in Kermanshuk battles
It opened on June 19, 2008. Creating a memorial looks like a statue with steps. In the middle is a granite slab that reads: "This memorial commemorates the distinguished military units in the city's liberation battles. I hope to save our land." To the left and to the right of the central slab on granite, the names of the joints and distinctive parts are carved in the battles of Kermanshuk:

Walk of action heroes
In November 2011, Alley of Labor Heroes opened in the garden. Here there are two memorial plaques installed here twice on the Soviet Union's hero, Soviet astronaut Alexei Leonov, who studied at Kremenchuk Civil Aviation School, and eight socialist action heroes who worked in the Kremnchog institutions.
On August 16, 2010, a car park for children was opened. The car park is designed according to all requirements of the road map and as close to real conditions as possible. There is a system of expressways for transportation, equipped with all elements of road infrastructure: roads, sidewalks, meadows; there are different types of intersections, road signs, zebras and stop lines.
