It is located in the northeastern part of the suburbs of Kirovohrad - within the residential area of Kovalevka, between Dvortsova, Olivrenko, Yevgeny Shikalenko and the streets of Cavalry, which determines its small size. The park is in the shape of a quadrangular and a radial branch of the alleys. Although the garden is small but comfortable, it is traditionally a favorite place for recreation and leisure for hives and visitors. It has aesthetic, educational, environmental and wellness value.
The park contains historical relics, several monuments, and a regional orchestra community next to the park on Chikalenko Street.
The park contains a playground and many attractions, and there are food and other public services.
Kovalivsky Park is a permanent place for city and state holidays, popular festivals, numerous entertainment events and more. Local authorities pay attention to the garden, despite its small size, but it remains a favorite place for the rest of the urticaria.
