The park built a summer stage, a dance floor on Chaika Island, a playground, the beach, 2 fountains, bridges, swinging, checkers and checkers club.
The park opened on July 19, 1953 and was named after TG Shevchenko. In the future there were constructed billiards, sports ground, shopping stalls, a tennis court, and summer cinema.
Bless them. TG Shevchenko has become a favorite place to rest in Ternopil. Quiet shaded alleys, small artificial reservoir, islands, light arched bridges, Ternopil pond dance give the garden a special charm and uniqueness.
There are two islands in the park: Love Island (or Love Island) and Seagull.

The island is covered 30 meters from the dam park on Ternopil Pool. It can be reached via a pedestrian bridge. There is a group of island lovers.
At the beginning of August 2017, the original seat with LED lights was installed here, so the seat is lit in the evening.
The island accumulates in the middle of the inner pool of the garden, and is connected to the main area by a bridge.
