Sweden's most beautiful city park
The park was built during the years 1877-1880 through a donation by wholesaler Johan Jeansson. The public showed such great joy over the park that they let a bust of the big donor be raised. This bust is made by artist Arvid Källström, who also performed Springflickan, the sculpture that adorns the park's dust.
