It is one of Sweden's largest city parks
Planning lines and began construction in the middle of the 19th century. In the beginning there was a lot of inspiration from the romance but the park has always been modernized both from aesthetics and function. Today it is a popular destination and the park is very well visited, it attracts everything from exercisers and café guests to the more botanically interested.
