The upper part of the garden is planted with acacia trees, in the coastal area, which belongs to the beach of Aru, with narrow-leafed olive groves, occupying an area of 42.41 hectares.

The park was set up in 1945 to celebrate the victory in the German-Soviet War (some sources can be found on March 25, 1946.) In the spring of 1945, several thousand trees and shrubs were planted, 3 alleys were destroyed and a fence was constructed. .

The park was created by the method of national construction on clearing trees from trees - during the occupation there was a German military airport.

At the same time, the beach Strelka was completely cleared, and the city got a wonderful rest area. This area has become the most popular recreation area for citizens.

Later, a sports complex was built, which included volleyball and basketball courts, a football field, and a gymnasium.

In 1967, the park was upgraded with recreational facilities, 11 new trips and a children's mobile train. Celebrations, sports, dance nights and concerts have transformed the park into the center of the city's cultural life.

Water Parks of the Era, Equator, Irvine are located in the park. 61 factions.

The first director was appointed Dmitry Pervukhin.

In 1967, the director was Pavel Ostavovich Serbolov, and the attraction complex was completely replaced - 11 large-scale attractions were installed and a children's train was installed.

In 1970, Victory Park became a diplomat, and in 1975 - was awarded the Federation Review Award for Moscow's Culture and Recreation Gardens.

In the late 1970s, a route to the new Ingol Bridge was laid across the park.

Since the fall of 2012, the park has undergone the reconstruction of sports infrastructure.

On September 16, 2017, Victory Park hosted the grand opening of the stadium and the sports city after reconstruction.
