This green setting welcomes you every day for pleasant walks in a quiet and soothing place.The eastern part of the park has many paths with a fitness trail that allow you to observe nature closely and take breaks on the many picnic areas that are waiting for you.
Many other recreational areas await you: the bowling alley, the playgrounds, the track of radio-controlled cars, the vertical archery poles, the animal enclosures (sheepfold, aviary ...) In the park, you will also find two establishments of restoration: the Rotunda and the Guinguette.
In summer, the park comes alive for all generations with outdoor activities. On the program: pony ride, carousel, library, cinema and even disco with the Sound Summer Tour.
The Fort Louis Park receives many events, the most important being the Festival of Nature and Flanders which takes place every year on the 2nd weekend of September and which attracts an average of 20,000 visitors.
