Exhibitions of the sections of the tree, natural plants, flowers, ornamental plants in open soil and tropical and subtropical plants gathered rich collections, which are among the largest in Ukraine. The nursery is based on the principle of plant geography and includes exhibitions: "Europe", "Mediterranean", "Siberia", "Far East", "Central Asia", "North America", "China and Japan." Local plants are represented in the exhibition "Northeast Ukraine". Herbal plants of natural plants are represented in more than 1000 species in exposure to drugs, soil, mountains and a system of angiosperms in Ukraine.
For the first time 1,400 species, shapes and varieties of shrubs and herbaceous plants were introduced in northeastern Ukraine. Botanical garden collections cultivate 15 species listed on the European Red List, 95 species listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, 77 endemic plants, and 650 species of medicinal plants. The collection of flowering plants and ornamental plants includes more than 2000 species and varieties grown in monocultural and combined areas. The greenhouse complex contains more than 2000 classifications from different parts of the world. These are tropical and humid tropical and dry tropical forest plants, deserts and sub-deserts. The scientific herbarium in botanical gardens contains 36,000 leaves.
