De Twee Heuvel Park is a city park in the IJsselmonde district of Rotterdam. The park is located in the center of the Groot-IJsselmonde district.
Park De Twee Heuvel was built in 1971 and is approximately 50 hectares. The park is set around two artificial hills and is laid out in such a way that it appears even larger than it actually is. In addition to native trees, exotic plants from areas with a similar climate to the Dutch climate have also been planted in the park.
