  • Preview

Podjasnogóra parks, sometimes called Jasna Góra parks - two city parks in Częstochowa, in the Podjasnogórska district - Park named after Stanisława Staszica and 3 Maja Park.

They are located between the Śródmieście district and the Jasna Góra monastery, which they surround from the east.

The boundaries of the parks were marked in the years 1819-1826 when marking the Avenue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and land development began in 1843. Together with Aleja Henryka Sienkiewicza, they occupy an area of 11.8 ha. The park equipment and park buildings, rich in their high historical value, have become the reason for their recognition as a monument of Polish history.
