They are public gardens in the historic center of the city near the Petrarca market square. Equipped with benches and a fountain, they have no dining tables. But it can be a good place for a snack and a play break. For their attendance, especially students and families with children and dog owners. Sometimes the park becomes a venue for cultural events in the city.
