It starts from the green iron strip that marks the beginning of the area belonging to the forest, 2 km below the chiaramonte junction in Ragusa, 7.3 km to the east. After passing the iron bar on foot, there is a path characterized by the signs and symbols of the "Italian tracks", and from there descends the beautiful beauty that leads to avoid the golden current, the famous "scalazza". The path leads almost to the back of the hermitage, first passing over a beautiful wall where friends who love to climb on a rope perform their first exercises safely
Giant Cave
Right above the open area of Romitorio is the path leading to the entrance to the giant cave, a tunnel that then extends to a real cave from which a face-like rock can be seen, due to its giant morphological characteristics with a long beard
