The public park is very popular among young children
Created in 1887 on the site of an old hermitage, the public garden of the town of Cherbourg-Octeville offers passersby a place of relaxation to enjoy the beauties of nature. Over time, around the music kiosk, the garden has been enriched with new species, an animal park, statues and water features, many children's games, and recently a rose garden which counts dozens of rare species.
