    Close to the historical center

The villa is situated in a stunning location near the historic center and occupies a balcony overlooking the sea (a rare example in Europe); fully flat, extending over part of the ancient walls. It is fully gated, has access to the harbor on Via Statuti Marittimi and a huge entrance on Plebiscito Square. Ownership of the municipality of Trani, accessible during public working hours.

The original nucleus of the villa was opened in 1824; the extension was then limited to land donated by the Antonaki family to the municipality. Subsequently, the municipality provided for the reclamation of land on the coastal area directly to the south - called Canneto - allocated to expand the surface of the park. The stunning location of the villa shows a panoramic view of the coast to the monastery of Santa Maria Colonna; to the north is the view of the harbor and the unmistakable profile of the cathedral.

The villa structure offers a mixed model of the Italian garden and English garden with an irregular design.

Along the east-west route, a long road running parallel to the sea extends 350 meters from the port entrance and ends with a spectacular view of the coast. In this huge street, a tree-lined road starts from the huge entrance, perpendicularly to a central location. Later on to the last street, pedestrian paths blowing between the bottom of the flowers leading to large parking spaces, rich in sculptures, basins and toys for children.

From the area known as Boschetto, at the northeastern tip of the villa, you enter Fort Sant'Antonio, an ancient defense of the harbor, where today you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city.

There is an architectural sign with great visual impact, on the axis of the main entrance, there is a majestic war memorial, built in 1923 by the sculptor Antonio Bassi of Trani.

Along the corridor are sculptures dedicated to Giacinto Francia (1865-1955, lawyer, writer, mayor and beneficiary) and Gaetano Quercia, lawyer, writer, general manager and mayor of Trani from 1882 to 1883.

The square in the western sector is witnessing a sound box that was restored in 1888 for Sunday concerts.

Along the way on the sea, there is a 19th-century pavilion dedicated to cultural activities and distributes - perhaps a bad heritage - six historic pillars in the Rufus Canosa section of Traiana Street.

On the east side, in the southeast there is a recently restored bird side, and a small aquarium, showing in 18 tanks a large variety of ornamental fish and aquatic plants.

In the panoramic Boschetto area, there is a newly built outdoor theater that hosts concerts and summer performances.

Attached to the villa, a small shower.

The area is planted with palm trees, oak trees, oak and marine pine. Inside the villa there is a small spice garden from Europe and the Mediterranean basin.
