Botanical Garden of the University of Warsaw - Botanical Garden located in Aleja Ujazdowskie 4 in Warsaw, which has been under the auspices of the Warsaw Medical College since 1818, then the Royal University of Warsaw, and since 1916 to the University of Warsaw and renamed the Botanical Garden of the University of Warsaw.
It is the third oldest oldest, after the Botanical Garden of the Jagiellonian University and the Botanical Garden of the University of Wroclaw, Botanical Garden of Poland [1]. Initially, it occupied an area of 22.5 hectares, but after the November uprising and the closure of the university (1834), the area of the park was reduced by three quarters to about 5.16 hectares
