    Pole Mokotowskie - a garden complex in Warsaw, located in three regions: Mokotów, Ochota and óródmieście.

    Before World War II, over 200 hectares of area at Mokotowskie Field were, among others, horse racing track (moved in 1939 to Służewiec) and Mokotowskie airport. The transfer of the Okęcie airport in 1934 enabled the construction of Niepodległości Avenue [2].

    In 1929 at ul. Wawelska, the "Jutrzenka" allotment garden, existing until today, was established [3].

    In May 1935, the main funeral ceremony of Józef Piłsudski took place in Pole Mokotowskie [4].

    In 1945 at the corner of al. Niepodległości and ul. Wawelska has 167 Finnish houses with 250 premises, a gift from the Soviet Union. Two houses have survived near ul. Leszowa, including one in which in the years 1946–1955 Ryszard Kapuściński lived with his parents and sister
