On May 28, the municipal administration of San Severo opened the Baden-Powell Park. The green area of about 17,000 square meters, which extends between the streets of Gentile, Guarchi and the martyrs of Cephalonia, was handed over to the community after 10 years.
For the occasion, Mayor Francesco Miglio invited residents, sports associations, city associations and scouts to attend a group training session after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, in the presence of trainers who offered intensive citizenship classes. Red Cross volunteers then held a first-aid demonstration of injuries that might occur during exercise
