Its quadrilateral plant is organized around a central rotor, from which radial roads connect to a wide area of trees and seats, with support from wrought iron, central lighting poles of cast iron, and a central area divided into flowers. Asymmetrical, separated by corridors, in some cases surrounded by marble walls and squares, leaving in the center a clearer circle, initially occupied by the statue of Francisco Esposo e Mina, and then for a long time, occupied the temple that was given concerts. This temple was removed during its last re-introduction in 1991 and replaced by a large wrought-iron lamp.
