The Orléans-Loiret Floral Park was created in 1963 as part of an ambitious urban planning project initiated by the City of Orleans and the Loiret County Council. Located in the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000, the Parc Floral de la Source has the shape of a natural site on the edge of the Sologne hillside and the plain of the Loire Valley.
