A park in Le Havre
Garden resulting from a twinning between the Port Authority of Le Havre and the Port of Osaka in 1980. Built in 1993, it materializes friendly relations and establishes a policy of exchange of information and promotional actions, reciprocal for the purpose to promote the expansion of their commercial and industrial activities.
