A municipal park of one hectare
Punctuates the green route between the city center and the natural site of the Saint-Martin meadows. Some 90 trees, including some very beautiful specimens such as chestnut and redwood, line the paths of this English garden. Overlooking the park, a villa built in the late nineteenth century was long owned by several families of tanners.
Acquired by the city in 1999, it now houses a European institution: the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe.
