The park was opened on November 26, 2011, [1] not far from the historic park in Orleans on a neighboring land of a large size, about 255,000 square meters. The park runs between Via Ernesto Basile, Corso Pisani and Via Altofonte
Within the new areas, many structures, including an outdoor theater, a skating rink, three bowling greens, an artificial lake are built at the bottom of the ancient Kimonia River, pedestrian paths and scooters, and environmental and public parking trails with access from the Altofonte VIA (Low). The park is therefore the second largest citizen. A series of buildings in the area, including Villa Forni and a building for use as a literary café, were also restored.
