The Unters Morsbachtal Nature Reserve with Hölterfelder Siefen and Fürberger Bachtal are subject to a ban of change since 15/11/2001. With an area of 36.07 hectares spread over three sub-regions. Hölterfelder Siefen in the northern region is structurally rich, steep and deeply cut, and passes through the depth of the source. On the slopes of the valley stands mostly deciduous natural forests (partly the former Niederwald). Along with a narrow land stream wet ground. Its south is Fürberger Bachtal and Fürsiefen. The Fürsiefen flows often through forested forested areas, while Fürberger Bachtal is an open meadow valley with one of the largest Remscheids. Because of lack of management, large sections are now lost.
The lower Morsbachtal in particular has a high structural wealth. There are green areas in the valley, some of which have wet pools, wet and wet grasslands and wooden strips accompanying the creek, which are made of trees and ash trees. On the steep slopes on the edge of the valley, stand the beam of oak or beech - maple - boron. This is the most natural part of Morsbach. It flows here in wide loops, forming a steep bank, and Kolke, in addition to local gravel banks as well.

Protection is specifically determined to keep natural tables protected and the semi-natural part of Morsbachaue, springs and pasture areas accompanying the decoration. The rich valley sections of the structure must be preserved with unobstructed trenches and plains of virgin flood, secured and improved, as well as promote the dynamic processes of liquids. In addition, protection protects the function of the biotope network, because Morsbachtal in particular represents the hub of a biotope network of regional importance in the region's development plan, and rare and endangered biotope species as well as animal and plant species should be protected by protection from Defects. The geological and morphological features, such as the Holzer slopes and the middle and lower ice ridge of Morsbach, must be maintained and secured.
