A special feature of the park are the concrete structures erected on the occasion of the trade exhibition. They should show visitors to the exhibition how versatile the building material concrete can be used. The ensemble consists of a pavilion with dome roof, attached platform with round arch and stairs and a bridge arch that spans the footpath. The buildings are considered Germany's oldest unreinforced concrete structures - built so without the later customary cast-in steel reinforcement reinforcement.
The ensemble was renovated in 2006: cracks in the concrete were closed, the coarse-grained surface filled. Since then, the testimony of modern industrial history has been staged nightly with a lighting concept developed by experts.
