The Friedrichsau Park, with a total length of 2 km, with its collection of old trees and small lakes, offers a large area to relax.
There are hours to play and many playgrounds are children's favorite.
There are many beer gardens and restaurants open all year round for food and drink.
In the aquarium and aquarium with the tropium, you can see a wide range of animals - from kangaroos to blue frogs - in about 100 individual units. A new addition to the aquarium is the glass tunnel.
In May, Friedrichsau Park is a place for Ulmer Zelt, a major cultural festival in the Circus Tent, and in July hosts "Ulmer Volksfest".
From Friedrichsau Park, you can take a boat ride on the Danube, where you can see Ulm and New Ulm from a different perspective.
