"Little Mainau Fürth" was created, among other things, by exploring the Ludwig channel (the so-called "Bognersche Mulde") and getting its name from its mild climate, which reminds us of the climate of the large Mainau island of Lake Constance. It was originally intended to promote this small climate by roofing the whole system, but this was deleted for cost reasons. The system was established in 1961 and the temple of the source was renovated in 2007 and was renamed in 2008. This part of the former Landgrabens Wetzendorfer allows the flow of water from the pond to Pegnitz. Above the source, there is a small lobby overlooking the entire complex. In 2018, this semi-circular wing was renovated with the help of real estate developer Fürth Thomas Sommer for nearly € 70,000.
