  The small village of Marquardt has a castle and a park named by its name, located somewhat outside the ring which attracts every year to the famous palaces and gardens in the capital of Brandenburg Potsdam. Up picturesque, in Schlänitzsee, to Marquart after about 5 km in the northwest direction by car from Potsdam.
  Both the village and the castle can see a long and diverse history dating back to the 14th century.
  The park, designed by Peter Joseph Lenny, offers the visitor a place to rest and relax, away from the hectic life of the city.
  Today, the castle serves as a venue for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences and meetings. Study groups. Castle and park are often used in film and photography works.
  In the future, the house will be activated with its own events. The revenues of all these uses will be fully restored to the maintenance and restoration of the facility.
