The larger game reserve and the animal enclosure are separate, independent, facilities: The "Wildgatter", as the game reserve is also known, nestles in a valley of the park Witthausbusch in the forest and houses fallow deer and mouflon. Like the game enclosure of the "Tierfreunde Witthausbusch eV" On 3 February 2014, the Arche-Park Tiergehege Witthausbusch was officially recognized by the Society for the Conservation of Old and Endangered Domesticated Animal Breeds (GEH).
