The youthful visitors also have access to various trend sports. Today, the old Steigerhaus, the winding tower and the former gatehouse, all listed buildings, are reminiscent of the old coal mines. The area in the immediate vicinity of the CentrO and Gasometer Oberhausen is used especially in the summer months for outdoor events and open air concerts. These include, for example, major events for up to 30,000 visitors such as "Ruhr in Love" or "Olgas Rock". The two main entrances to the park are located on Bottroper Strasse and Vestische Strasse.
