The garden brings together some 6,000 trees
Four sections divide the woodland garden from west to east into tertiary forest, pioneer stages, reforestation and cultivated trees. The tree collection, which grows slowly into an arboretum, encloses extensive, open grassland areas. With the construction of an architecturally extraordinary foot and bicycle bridge, an essential networking element to the north adjacent open spaces of the regional green corridor could be realized.
