A generously designed landscape park with spacious meadows
Woody groups divide the floodplain areas and create a multi-layered depth effect. This area of the city park is limited by the Chemnitz in the northeast and the steep slope of Chemnitztales in the southwest.
The preservation of the character of the floodplain landscape was the goal of Otto Werner in the design plans of 1909.
