In 2008 Ostaue Sculpture Park was added

The Otto Dullenkopf Park covers an area of 2.5 hectares between Schloss Gautisau, Dörlichir, and 6 hectares south of Schlosshaus Straße, between Kreisl and Ostring.

In addition to the green zone and expansion options of the Karlsruhe Music University, there is an amusement park with a football field, a basketball court and a ski area in the southeast of the complex. The football field has the size of a handball field, a full fencing and has two integrated doors in the net.

    Date
Ostauepark was built from 1997 to 2001 for about 2 million euros. The decision to build the park dates back to 1986.

On November 12, 2010, Cherry Orchard Garden was established to mark "150 years of friendship between Japan and Germany".

On 28 February 2012, the municipal council decided by a large majority renamed Ostauepark on the name of the former Lord Mayor and Honorary Citizen Otto Dullenkopf in Otto Dullenkopf Park.

The Otto Dullenkopf Park was officially unveiled by Lord Heinz Fenrich under the bright sunshine at a small ceremony held on July 10, 2012 instead. Parts of the Dolinkov family also participated. Wenrich praised the speech of professional life and the benefits of the former mayor. The opening was orchestrated by a group of winds from the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe, which is located in Gottesau Castle.
